I have learned that many essential oils can be used as a bug repellent! Citronella, Lemongrass, and Eucalyptus blended together with some water and witch hazel not only smells good- it works good too!
Purification blend also is another great oil to have this summer!!
ABOUT PURIFICATION
~Is a great oil to put on stings and bites. Especially wonderful on bee stings.
~Helps neutralize toxins from most bites- ticks included.
~TICKS- use purification on your dog weekly to avoid ticks and fleas. Works well on people too!
~Purification neutralizes odors- rub on the bottom of stinky feet- or place a few drops on a cotton ball and place in your shoes overnight.
~Purify the air:simply add 10-20 drops in a small 4-6 oz spray bottle - fill with water and spritz. (cigarette smoke and other odors will be dissipated)
~Neutralize Litter boxes by adding 5-10 drops into baking soda and sprinkle in litter box; Use the same mixture- sprinkle on carpets and vacuum.
~SKUNK spray- use purification in Dog's shampoo (I would guess several drops) to remove odor.
~Diffuse prior to going to bed to help remove allergens from the air that may cause night time allergies.
~Rub across cheeks and under nose to help fight the symptoms of seasonal allergies. (may need to dilute on sensitive skin)
