Essential Oils: Heat Exhaustion

"My first profound experience with Young Living essential oils was when I was at the Woodford Folk Festival on a very hot day. I was suffering from heat exhaustion and feeling very unwell. DID YOU KNOW "Synthetic Fragrances" are harmful to your health? Here is why! Yet another reason to use pure essential oils - they smell great and the offer all-natural support for your body and they smell great!!!

Clean your house and clean your body! It is detox time!

TIME TO CLEAN!!!


Yesterday I cleaned my entire house with all natural products. White vinegar and baking soda in the toilets; simply scrub - flush - add 2 drops of lemon oil and let sit.  I used the same combo for the showers and tubs.  Floors -the entire downstairs (wood) was cleaned with set of microfiber clothes and Thieves Household Cleaner!! (An essential oil based cleaner) Also used the same cleaner on all the stainless appliances as well as the windows and tiled floor!  House smells great and its all non-toxic so it is good for me and the planet. I love that!!!

Today I am cleaning my body? Not a shower but rather a cellular cleanse - a detox. It is all the rage these days. Why - because we live in a toxic world. What to look for in a cleanse?? Here are some tips: Stay away from stimulants and diuretics. Stay away from artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners. When you cleanse if you starve the body you will use lean muscle for energy - not what is desired. Look for a cleanse that is nutritionally dense; this provides the body with the nutrients it needs while allowing the body to utilize its immediate sources of fuel (glucose and glycogen). Once you burn those- your body will elect to burn fat! Visceral fat is what you want to target as this is where many bi-products of chemicals are stored.  If you cleanse with a low calorie & low nutritious cleanse you will not target fat - you will not really get rid of the toxins embedded in your fat. After I cleanse I noticed my cravings for junk disappear, my sense of taste is heightened, I drop a few pounds, I feel better, I have better energy and I have better mental clarify. The best benefit is one I can not see - healthy cells!!
