Thieves essential oil is one of the most versatile oils I have used. It can be used on cold sores, to prevent the spread of germs, to destroy mold, to neutralize airborne germs, to prevent the spread of infection, to help prevent and diminish gum disease, to provide your body with an immune boost , and so much more.
I picked up this helpful hint and I thought- what a good idea!!! I found this on a testimonial website and wanted to pass along yet another way to use thieves essential oil!
"I put a drop of Thieves oil in the toilet while we were away for a week and when we returned the toilets looked like I had just cleaned them. Usually a pink tinge from bacteria is at the water line and the bowl under the waterline is an even lighter pink. Sparkling clean!"
I have stopped uses all toxic chemicals and cleaners. For my toilet cleaning (not a fun job at all) I use Thieves household cleaner and white vinegar, followed by some baking soda... a good scrub and flush away. After the bowl refills I add a drop of lemon essential oil and we are good to go! (no pun intended.)
