Let's talk about fitness,health and wellness. First of all- get moving every day; find TWO 10 minute periods to walk, dance,and stretch! Pay attention to things you eat, smell, drink and clean with. We are exposed to toxins every day; in food, air, cleaning products, and even medicines. My goal is to learn more and to share what I know; KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! HEALTH IS A GIFT!
