We are exposed to toxins every day; in food, air, cleaning products, and even medicines. My goal is to learn more and to share what I know; KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! HEALTH IS A GIFT! LAVENDER
Young Living's Lavender Essential oil can be used for so many things. It is one oil I always carry with me. I have used it to soothe bug bites, promote relaxation, to ease seasonal allergies, ease headache tension, reduce pressure in the ears when flying and more. Simply allow 1-2 drops to fall into your hand and apply onto your forehead, base of your spine, and on the cheek bones.
